People tend to say that life is cruel and the world is a harsh place to live in. Life cannot exist and the world cannot function without people. The issues did not originate somewhere out there, but it started with you, in your own home. I'd like to explore a few topics throughout this book that could help each of us to life a happier life, once we are able to understand who we are ad how we relate to the world.



Life does not happen to you, you need to start living. It does not begin with the person standing next to you, but with yourself first. May you find the inspiration you are looking for, to be able to move towards the future that we all need to face.
