Augmented Reality in the Classroom

This interactive book will introduce Teachers and Instructors to Augmented Reality concepts for use in classrooms.  A.R., as I like to call it, is an extremely powerful set of tools that can transform both teaching and learning.  After reading through the book and looking at some examples, we see an amazing opportunity to express our creativity and passion as a teacher of students from K to post secondary.  A.R. in the classroom is not a technology story or a passing fad, but a very reachable way to sharpen our teaching skills and deepen what and how students learn.  A.R. is already permeating our current media driven world and will continue to immerse itself into more and more of our daily lives. Classrooms of just about any nature are the ideal place for A.R. implementations - places where teaching is empowering and learning is deepened.  The future is already happening in my classrooms.  Isn’t it time for yours?
