Spanning over forty years, Rosie shares her journey through a dysfunctional family environment marked by childhood abuse, sexual abuse, emotional neglect, and later, destructive and abusive relationships. From an early age, she turned to drugs and alcohol as a means of coping, carrying these struggles into adulthood while navigating the devastating effects of narcissistic abuse and years of stalking within her marriage.

This memoir does not shy away from the harsh truths. It explores the lasting impact of trauma on both the body and mind, including her diagnoses of Complex PTSD, Fibromyalgia, and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. Yet, within the darkness, there is also light.
