After checking into the Clearwater Hotel in the Dakota Territory, Liz Archer meets Sheriff Al Toliver. He's heard about her mean reputation with a gun and warns her that youngster Clay Hammet is aiming to make a name for himself by outdrawing Liz in a gunfight!



The sheriff keeps a careful eye on both of them, knowing he'll have to face the winner afterwards. Tumbling into bed with Liz makes his job a lot tougher.
