If there was a tide; it would have risen.  If there was a high tide; we could have drowned.  Not just all of us; but everything.  Allocations and allocated semi-colons were pertinent, rather necessary.  And if the was low; then the kid would make it.  It was a swim battle.  It was one kid versus the vast amount of blue.  Sometimes.  Sometimes murky and sometimes blue.  Always.  Always blue and always on the side of the super-hero within.  Super-hero.  No one knows what a super-hero could become…or even if a super hero was just.  Programmed…they were, sure.  Programmed and tidy.  Tide-ridden and it was the murky green waters that made entrance; just.  Just Capitol E and a waterproof satchel.  Who was Capitol E?
