This is a memoir of chain reactions in which the truth could have remained unknown if any one of six what if moments had taken a different turn. It all began when Nina sent her teenage daughter home to Mexico City to briefly visit her father and brother. Upon returning Nina listened to her recount an incident she had had with her dad and reacted to the disturbing news by impulsively flying back home to save her husband and their marriage. He wasn’t there when she arrived. The unannounced surprise visit backfired when she opened his briefcase and was floored by what she found. The next seventy-two hours, as bizarre as some events or dialogues may seem, are truthfully related in this memoir.
