Counter Intelligence, Inc., appeals the trial judges order denying its special appearance. Because the trial court did not have personal jurisdiction over Counter Intelligence, we reverse the trial courts order and render judgment dismissing Calypso Waterjet Systems, Inc.s claims against Counter Intelligence for lack of personal jurisdiction.
