The Doctor tapped his nose. “My own special secret. People have a habit of revealing more than they think with their words.”


Elisa didn’t know what to think. This wasn’t at all what she’d expected from the appointment so far. She thought it would be robe, pap smear, done. She didn’t expect the Doctor to psychoanalyze all of her problems in an instant. 


“Now Elisa, I’m going to fix at least some of your problems. I want you to take off your clothes and get onto the bed, feet in the stirrups.”


Elisa looked around the room for the robe that she always wore for this part of the exam. She didn’t see one, and found herself a little bit nervous as she mentioned it to the Doctor.


“Umm... Doctor Rhea...where’s the robe I’m supposed to wear for this?”

The Doctor was watching her carefully. “Oh, you don’t need a robe for this. You’re simply to take off your clothes and get on the table.”


“All of them?” This was definitely not how Elisa had expected this meeting to go. 


“Yes, of course!”


Elisa hesitated for a few moments. After all, this wasn’t at all how Doctor’s appointments were supposed to go. She was supposed to just get a robe, but this doctor wanted her to strip naked for the entire exam? Still, whether it was his confident look, the way he read Elisa like a book, or something else, there was something about the Doctor that made Elisa do as he wanted. 


She slipped her blouse off slowly, fumbling with the buttons, and placed it on the chair. She then did the same thing with her skirt, and slid off her kitten heels and stockings, placing them on the chair as well. Elisa now stood in front of the doctor in her underwear. 


She could feel her face burning from embarrassment. The environment was so sterile, so clean, so brightly lit, it felt strange to be stripping here in front of the Doctor. Still, she reached behind her and undid the clasp of her bra, letting her well proportioned breasts loose. The Doctor smiled slightly as she exposed her breasts to him, and despite everything, Elisa felt a tug in her nether regions that she hadn’t felt in a long, long time. 


Elisa slowly hooked her fingers around her panties and slid them down to the floor as well. She was naked now, and she stood in front of the doctor, fully exposed.
