Ethno violence

In January 2017, Southern Methodist University undergraduate students completed an academic conference concerning important global questions of Ethnoviolence.  The course was the culmination of a communication based study of genocide and how the problem can be prevented, mitigated and redressed through communication study.  A variety of contemporary problems in Ethnoviolence including:  African American sterilization of women, Brevik’s mass murder, Native American Genocide, and Austrian immigration policy are covered with accompanying research detail
