Experiences of four generations of farmers
Beschreibung des Verlags
Danny Fox is a Professor Emeritus in the College of Agriculture at Cornell University. This book is a memoir of his experiences with farming and life on the farm. It spans from helping his grandparents farm with horses and farming full time in a family partnership in Northwestern Ohio to developing and implementing computer models on highly mechanized farms as a scientist at 3 land grant universities. The goal of the book is to give the reader an understanding of how family farms work and the changes that have taken place over the last 100 years in how farming is done.
