Future Glimpses One: 'The After Party‪'‬

Future Glimpses is a science-fiction short story series that explores how technology will shape our world in the near future including such factors as AI, changing technology and the environmental destruction that inevitably comes with these things.

In the first story, our protagonist attends the funeral of his Nana where she has been resurrected by the 'The After Party', a company who promise to allow your relative to attend their own funeral as a simulation. But what is The After Party really doing with these simulations? And what will our protagonist do to stop them to save the company that his Nana built?
