In a prosecution under an information charging that the county surveyor knowingly and designedly obtained money from county by presenting a false and fraudulent claim of specified date for work of supervising, planning and preparing plans and specifications for rebuilding county airport runway, admitting over objection another claim made by defendant for work in rebuilding airport runway was prejudicial error. 2. Criminal Law — Evidence — Offense not charged. Evidence of an offense not charged in the information is incompetent and inadmissible.
