Going Deep

Connor loves what he does, but what he does is not what many consider manly.  He is a yell leader, or male cheerleader, for the National Football League, and he takes his job very seriously.  Connor can ignore the whispers and jeers for the most part, but when he and a rookie linebacker are the only two men on the field one day he wonders why the man is coming toward him.  Does he have something to say to him, or is he going to beat him to a pulp?  Connor holds his breath as the big man hands him a piece of paper.  He smiles at Connor and invites him over for a small get together after the week's game.  Connor accepts, but he is still unsure about the man who he knows has been watching him, the same man he fantasizes about every time he takes the field.
