HARWOOD, Justice. The complaint in this case was submitted to the jury on four counts which sought damages allegedly resulting from the sale
of an automobile which plaintiff averred was represented to him by the defendant as a new automobile in good condition, whereas
in truth and in fact the automobile was an inferior one which had been damaged or wrecked prior to plaintiff's purchase of
the same.
