Hardin v. Pitney-Bowes

This action was brought under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, 29 U.S.C.§§ 621 et seq. Appellant Hardin alleged that at the age of 53 he was unlawfully discharged from his job as a salesman with appellee Pitney-Bowes due to his age. The district court granted Pitney-Bowes motion for summary judgment.
