The opinion of the court was delivered by This was an action by heirs at law of a decedent to quiet title
to a tract of land and also to recover damages for the alleged
conversion of oil from the land. Judgment was rendered for
plaintiffs on the first cause of action and against them on the
second. Plaintiffs appeal. We shall continue to refer to the parties as plaintiffs and
defendant. The latter is Sinclair Oil and Gas Company, sole
appellee.
