When Harlow Duquesne, the granddaughter of the President of the United States, goes missing on a humanitarian mission in a foreign country, COBRA Securities agent Sawyer Oldham jumps on a plane to find her. With little information to go on, he manages to locate her despite the odds, but during their escape, they find themselves trapped in the middle of a revolution led by rival drug cartels.
