Imperial Rogue

The rivalry between the Second Empire and the Republic is reaching a critical point. Both powers see themselves as the rightful successors to the old empire, but only one can claim that legacy. As the Republic, with its increasingly dictatorial president, desperately tries to secure its position, a confrontation becomes inevitable.

The situation takes an alarming turn when the Second Empire receives intelligence about a genocidal project being orchestrated by the Republic. Recognizing the severity of this threat, imperial authorities realize they must take decisive action. To meet this challenge, they call upon two seasoned veterans of Lyonesse — Farrin Norum and Currag DeCarde — who fled the Republic years earlier.

Accepting to undertake a perilous mission, Norum and DeCarde now face the greatest danger of their careers. Yet, within this crisis lies a unique opportunity: the chance to alter the course of history itself. Their actions will decide not only their own fates but also the survival of the Second Empire. Should they succeed, they could save the two human polities. Should they fail, both the Republic and the Second Empire may be doomed to repeat the tragic fate of the First Empire.
