PER CURIAM. Plaintiffs seek an extraordinary writ in the nature of mandamus to compel the Secretary of State, Lamont F. Toronto, to notify all county clerks in the state of Utah that the initiative petition, which he heretofore certified as proper to include on the general election ballot, should be removed therefrom and not submitted to the vote of the people on November 4, 1958.
