Colonel Boundary is a “good” businessman who lives on human misery. He and his gang deal with blackmailing, but not the usual one. They are not interested in money. They want to buy someone’s business for a small amount of money, which makes it harder to accuse them of blackmailing.

But, there is one person determined to put an end to their “business”…

One day, the Colonel receives an envelope, which contains a playing card, knave of clubs, written on it “Jack O’Judgement”.

Jack O’Judgement is a masked man who wants to expose the Boundary gang and their filthy business. He is a light-hearted and insouciant, devoting his time to smashing the gang. He tries to prove that the gang is robbing people, using different methods.

But, who actually is Jack O’Judgement? Why is he masked? What is his purpose for fighting against the crooked villains?
