L. A. Green v. Manuel Hale

This suit was brought by Manuel Hale, plaintiff, under both the Wrongful Death Act (Article 4671 et seq.) and the Survival Statute (Article 5525) against L. A. Green, individually, and Green & Flannagan, a partnership, defendants, for damages resulting from the death of plaintiffs thirteen-year-old son, Ronzell Hale, in an automobile accident July 28, 1975, allegedly caused by the negligence of defendant, L. A. Green.
