L. G. Hitchcolk v. Mortgage Securities Corporation

The bill of complaint alleges, in substance, that the respondents, B. K. Hanafourde and W. R. Carter, promoted and organized
a corporation known as the Jacksonville Driving Club, to which Hanafourde assigned a certain twenty-five year lease on a certain
tract of land adjacent to the Fair Ground, which he had secured from the State Fair Association in Jacksonville.
