A Site in Foxground NSW where the Rainforest has been preserved with the endemic plants of the Sub-tropical Rainforest (although during its past agricultural period some Eucalypts did move in - but they are now being consumed by the recovered rainforest). Obviously the site is weed-free, with no grass and minimal upkeep required. It is also an off-grid situation, with Solar Panels, an appropriate battery supply and a generator available when needed. The house has been improved with a continuous outlook to the surrounding forest.
