When you think of Brazil one usually has thoughts of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, or the Amazon. There are many beautiful locations in this magnificent country and many destinations a traveler seeking wonders, natural and manmade alike, might venture off to. One place that many don’t imagine or have simply never heard of is a jewel located in the Northeast, the small state of Alagoas.
