When Melanie Carter moves to Seattle, Washington, she thinks it's just another new school. Then when her new band director, Miss Margaret Mouse, tells her she's a witch, her whole world is turned upside down. Together, the two must step into each other's shoes and defeat the evil witch Glendora. However, this cannot be accomplished without the insecurities of adolescence or the raw emotions of a big sister.
