Neely v. Commission for Lawyer Discipline

This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of appellee, the Commission for Lawyer Discipline (the Commission), which resulted in appellant, George R. Neely, being suspended from the practice of law for three years and paying attorneys fees and costs. We reverse and remand.
