Descrizione dell’editore

Defendant Peter Gurtenstein and codefendant Kathleen Ann Campbell entered a plea of guilty to the crime of possession of barbiturates for the purpose of sale (Health & Saf. Code, § 11378, subd. (a)). Proceedings were suspended without imposition of sentence, and Gurtenstein was placed on probation for a period of three years on certain terms and conditions. Defendant Gurtenstein appeals from the judgment (order granting probation), contending (1) that the trial court erred in denying his motion for discovery and (2) that his motion to suppress evidence (Pen. Code, § 1538.5) should have been granted.
