Okane v. Labor And Industry Review Commission

1. Melanie OKane appeals an order affirming a Labor and Industry Review Commission (LIRC) decision denying her unemployment compensation. The dispositive issue is whether substantial evidence supports LIRCs findings of fact concerning OKanes job performance. We review LIRCs decision directly, see Bunker v.
