When she defies her father's directives, Evelyn's world tilts off balance and she finds herself homeless, stranded on a railway line with her newborn son. At her most vulnerable, she seeks assistance from her mate Varun Aibek. But instead of aid, she is met with crushing rejection and is expelled from her pack by Varun.
