When your mental state is shattered into pieces, the idea of picking them up and putting them back together seems improbable. But there is a way out of this depilating prison. By digging into to the dark recesses of the mind to uncover and face your source of pain. 

     Each one of us must find and define our personal essence, which changes over time. A challenge to take, while living in a society that demands conformity; making it difficult to distinguish "Them" from "Me." 

     What does love mean? How can something so beautiful, that connects two people, become a source of stinging pain? For all the trouble, you begin wonder if love is worth the time and effort.
