The logical flow of information is suboptimal. The main point changes within many a paragraph, which is a disorienting way to structure a paragraph. Many sentences are so long and complex that they force the reader to do a “double take”
Despite the citation of studies throughout the book, the primary focus is on anecdotes, which are way too specific to be useful for any given person.
There are useful bits of information. Unfortunately, they either are hard to locate (because the flow of information is haphazard), or they state something obvious.
Admittedly, I got something out of the book. But that was not commensurate with the amount of time it took me to read the book.
