Project Management for Global Fleet Managers

On April 21 2016 during the NAFA Institute & Expo, we had an interactive session that talked a little bit about how to overcome the challenges of global fleet programs by applying basic project management best practices.

This was a unique opportunity to discuss some of the issues that most global fleet managers face every day.


At the event, we had the privilege of sharing experiences on both sides: global fleet management and also project management, which is a subject I have been passionate about since the beginning of my professional career in technology.
