Defendant appeals by leave granted from a Wayne Circuit Court order which affirmed a 36th District Court judgment awarding plaintiff a real estate commission based on the sale of defendant's property. We affirm. On October 20, 1981, the parties entered into a listing agreement pursuant to which defendant was to pay plaintiff a ten percent commission if plaintiff sold defendant's property.
