Russian Recipes

This recipe book was created during Challenge Based Learning. The Big Idea of Sustainable Cities & Communities was explored by the challenge ‘Promote and sustain a culture in Australian Society’. 


This group of students found traditional Russian recipes, cooked them and shared them with their classes. They created this book to share the recipes with a wider audience in the hope of having more families try traditional Russian foods.
