Navy SEAL, Remy LaDue returns from deployment hoping to hook up with his backup plan for a date on Valentine's Day. He realizes their history might get in the way of a happy reunion, but he's ready to push aside the past to forge a future. When he can't contact her he settles for a night out with his platoon at a local strip club. There he discovers one of the strippers is his backup plan and she's hotter than ever.


Over a year ago, NCIS agent Mitchell Sanders' boyfriend returned from deployment in a body bag. Heartbroken at her loss, she turned to Remy for comfort and slept with him the night of her boyfriend's funeral. Plagued with guilt she refused to see Remy but kept in touch through emails and texts. A year after their fated mating, she's forgiven herself enough to agree to be Remy's date for Valentine's Day. Only a week before the big day, her friend, a female navy officer, disappears. When her supervisor won't assign the case to her, she takes leave and goes undercover at the strip club owned by the last man her friend dated. It's there that she meets up with Remy again and he nearly blows her cover. 


Remy and Mitchell join forces to find her friend and uncover a human trafficking organization in the darkest heart of Virginia Beach while their attraction for each other burns hotter than the sun.
