Second Generation Super-Villain 2 Powers

When one of the Pharmacom executives notices Scott and talks with him, he convinces her that he might be the one to find a solution to the temporary power problem. In doing so he learns the real source of the purple stuff beng given to the project volunteers. Meanwhile under the guise of Autolycus, Scott and his sexy minions continue to kidnap supers from both sides of the street and steal their powers before selling them to the highest bidder even as one captive becomes an unexpected ally.
