Pencilgon's mad reign of terror continues as she tortures another member of team Star Rain with her evil tactics. Unfortunately, she's gone too deep in her role-play as a villain and forgotten her main purpose is to buy time for Kei to make it to the match! If she beats her opponent too quickly, the undefeated champion Silvi will come out to play and inevitably crush any hope of stalling for time! Predictably, Pencilgon will do as she pleases, and it will all come down to how well Sunraku's skills stack up against America's best!
