State v. Watkins

1. Anthony Watkins appeals from a judgment entered after a jury found him guilty of one count of disorderly conduct, contrary to Wis. Stat. § 947.01 (2003-04).Watkins contends that the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion when it denied his request for a jury instruction on provocation. Because the trial court did not erroneously exercise its discretion in denying Watkins request, this court affirms.
