Surviving in the Sandwich Generation

Chances are, if you are a "Sandwich Generationer" you know it. You are expected to caregive to your elderly parents and your grandchildren, or any other garden variety of relatives who are not in your generation. It is a difficult spot to be in, and Sandwich Generationers are often plagued with guilt, shame, anger, rage, self-pity, and depression. The author has lived this life and is still living this life but has found practical ways to cope and shares them with the reader.
