Tai Chi is both fun and healthful. The exercise, while soft, is “intentional.” Energy is directed, though force is not applied. Some time spent each day on Tai Chi will help you maintain or recover your balance, stamina, and flexibility.
Joseph (Joe) Bergin is a retired professor and author who took up Tai Chi in 2004 for his health and vitality. It was a great move.
