Juliet Fenster is a notorious flirt, who enjoys the wooing that occurs during the London Season too much to give her heart, especially not to a proper stuffy American like R.J. Hopkins. R.J. is determined not to be drawn into Juliet's scheming plans. He has no intention of become one of the legion who fall at the feet of the beguiling beauty, until he sees her singing under the full moon and falls under her spell.
