He is well-known mostly for the novel "The Lady of the Camellias" written in 1848. A young courtesan Marie Duplessis inspired Dumas to create this novel. "The Lady of the Camellias" describes the love story between Armand Duval and Marguerite Gautier, a courtesan, who suffered from tuberculosis. Armand met her in a theatre and fell in love immediately. He bagged Marguerite to leave her life as a courtesan and stay with him in the countryside. What difficulties will they face?
