The Story of Deborah and Jael

Ehud passed away and the Israelites gradually forgot God and his laws. God gave them into the hands of Jabin, a king who lived in the north of Canaan.  His commander, Sisera, was a very strong man.  He had nine hundred chariots fitted with iron. The equipment of Israel's army was not good. There was no way they could fight with strong enemies.  They were defeated shortly and were cruelly oppressed for twenty years.  A female prophet, Deborah, came to Israel to lead its people.  Deborah sent Barak to raise an army to fight with Sisera.
