John F Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992 required that all records that were previously authorized for withholding by the Assassination Records Review Board were to be released no later than 25 years after the signing of the Act, unless the President authorizes further withholding.
That date was October 26, 2017
But what does the release of these previously withheld documents mean to the next generation of JFK Assassination researchers? And will old prejudices and pre-conceived world views hold fast in the face of this newly released information?
