The Wind Line and Drum Ball In Hsin-Chu

Dear friends, “rice noodles” and “meatballs” are two of the famous delicacies in Taiwan. There are rice noodles of different flavors, such as taro, pumpkin, Chinese yam, lappa, and green algae. 

There are also meatballs of different flavors, such as mushroom, beef, cheese, cuttlefish, shrimp, and curry.

Now, Prof. Dr. Chong Wey Lin from NCTU is going to lead his students to begin the Project “Task 10”, riding their bicycles to different places to experience all kinds of delicious rice noodles and meatballs. Why don’t you join us!

"TASK10" is an initiative to REDEFINE Taiwan's university education. Applying smart living technologies, we try to help local industries for its economic shifting from traditional manufacturers to value-added touristic factories.
