Travis Tinley and the Spirit of #22

Travis Tinley is an eleven year old boy who lives in Durango, Colorado with his mom, his five year old sister and their Border Collie Mesa. Travis lost his dad to Synovial Sarcoma cancer almost two years ago. Travis and his dad shared a love of baseball. Many years earlier, Travis' dad played professional baseball in the position of shortstop. Travis plays left field on his baseball team and wants to play shortstop like his dad. Travis is confronted by a bully from another team who tries to make trouble for Travis. Travis is determined to be a good ballplayer and honor the memory of his dad.
