ALBERT J. HENDERSON, Circuit Judge. The government appeals from the order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida dismissing with prejudice the case against the defendant-appellee, Joseph Patrick Robinson, for alleged violations of the Speedy Trial Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 3161-3174 (1982) (""Act""), and his constitutional rights. We reverse the dismissal and remand for trial.
