Vaughn v. Drennon

Millard and Barbara Vaughn appeal from a permanent injunction entered against them in a suit filed by their neighbors, Paul and Mary Drennon, involving damages caused by water runoff and Millard Vaughns unneighborly behavior. The Vaughns complain of the breadth and lack of specificity of the order as well as a lack of evidence to support it. We reverse in part and affirm in part.
