Verlie O. Chism v. Mid-South Milling

This is an action for the alleged retaliatory discharge of a corporate officer. The trial Judge rendered summary judgment for the employer. The Court of Appeals reversed. After careful consideration of the allegations of the complaint and of two very brief affidavits filed by the parties, we are of the opinion that the Conclusion of the trial Judge was correct. Accordingly his judgment is reinstated and the cause is dismissed.
