Vern Hendrickson v. Harvey Binkley

Vern Hendrickson, plaintiff-appellant, was married to Betty Ann Hendrickson, daughter of Harvey Binkley, defendant-appellee. On March 24, 1976 the Hendricksons were divorced and the custody of Douglas Scott Hendrickson, then three years of age, was awarded to Betty Hendrickson.
